Many estate plans fail because they are not reviewed regularly nor maintained with updates to the assets or the estate planning documents.  If you are committed to ensuring your plan accomplishes all of your goals and objectives, minimizing the burden to your loved ones, keeping control with your family rather than the courts, and receiving additional benefits of being a client of Danneil Law, you may opt to enroll in The Danneil Lawscription.

This maintenance program provides comprehensive counseling to maintain a plan specific to your goals and objectives, review of your plan to ensure it stays current with changing laws, changes in your family, changes in your finances, and changes in your health. 

While all Danneil Law clients already receive the “Basic” maintenance plan, we are excited to offer two of the following new levels as part of the Danneil Lawscrption: “VIP” and “Legacy”:

Basic - $0

  • Already included for all Danneil Law clients

  • Complimentary 1st year of free simple changes to existing documents

  • 3-year Review Meeting upon request

  • Family meeting upon death of client

  • One 30-minute check-in phone call per year

VIP - $250 Ind/$300 CPL

  • Everything included in Basic Plan

  • Reasonable phone calls with us (or our communications with your financial advisor/CPA

  • Annual review of current plans upon request; plus free simple changes to existing documents

  • Law firm initiated changes

  • Reduced fee for estate planning for your family members, friends and referrals; as well as reduced cost for children to implement young adult protection documents when they turn 18

  • Reduced fee for initial Medicaid consultation meetings; Complimentary notary services and Exclusive invitations to periodic educational workshops

LEGACY - $500 Ind/$600 CPL

  • Everything included in the VIP Plan

how does danneil lawscription work?

  • Beginning January 2025 and each January thereafter, Danneil Law will begin billing the subscribed program clients.

  • A courtesy billing reminder will be sent to all subscribed program clients at least thirty (30) days prior to renewal. 

  • The annual maintenance plan must be paid in full in order to receive the program services for the plan you selected.

  • LOCK IN PRICE GUARANTEE! Always pay the same annual price you signed up with at the time of your enrollment, even if the price of the program goes up over time.
